I kind of forgot about writing in here for a few days.
I went back to school yesterday. It was appalling. The entire experience. School is so pointless to me at this point. And that for me is the hardest thing to do, go through something you don’t want to when there is absolutely no purpose to it.
I don’t know what to blog about. Does anyone else hate the ‘b’ word?
OH HERE’S SOMETHING. I’m going back to London. For the first time in two years. In June. My best friend’s parents are taking us and we’re using their friend’s flat. It’s 10 minutes walking distance from Hyde Park. I can’t even deal with that awesome. And well, the plan for about a year was we were going to spend a fortnight in Paris. But I can deal with being in London and commuting to Paris a couple times. Wow. I need to get all the info about it and let you all know what it looks like. This news is the ONLY thing getting me past finals.

Christmas was fun. Well… it was conventionally fun in that we had no people yelling, no people crying, no people screaming, and just general Christmas cheer. But in the Mom’s-side-of-the-family way, it was boring.
my head really hurts though, and I feel slightly hungover.
I got a ton of good shit though. I mean, so many films I’m going to be cooped up in my house until school starts again. Band of Outsiders, Elevator to the Gallows, Jules Et Jim, Regular Lovers (LOUIS GARRELLLLLLL I want every film with him in it), Pulp Fiction, Children of Men, Strangers on a Train, and 8 1/2 (40$ version, fucking owned). Actually a lot of them are the really expensive versions. SO many criterions, I could die happy honestly. A shitload of books, too, the best has to be Performance by Richard Avedon. I already read all of it and looked at every single picture. I’m sure I will again soon. Maybe after Kafka was the Rage?. I’ll probably post a shitload of Avedon pics in here soon. I’m so obsessed with him. He makes me want to be a photographer so bad it should be illegal.
I have no idea why I’m listening to the Grateful Dead right now. I was in the mood for extreme psychedelia and this is NOT DOING THE TRICK. Jefferson Airplane type shit is what I’m in the mood for. Alas I’m too impatient or steadfast to actually look more than 2 minutes for something online.
I need psychedelic music suggestions, big time baby. This is what I want to feel like when I listen to it, if you need any help in suggesting:

Here’s a good story I think will brighten your day, youngins. This god damn macbook had like, 17 gigs of space left on it. Then I realized EVERY time I looked up a song in the search, 2 of the same song would show up? It made no sense. Then I realized that when I transferred all my music, I accidentally duplicated it. I mean, all like, 38 gigs of music or whatever it was. I deleted one folder and now I’m back up to 57 gigs of space left. BEAUTIFUL.
I wish I had all the money in the world, by the way. I know it’s shallow but think of all the things you could do.

I absolutely hate cleaning. Dust does not bother me that much as long as it isn’t piling up or growing. I LOVE having Christmas at our house because we are so dysfunctional and it always ends up with someone crying and/or slapping someone else, but the negative to all of this is the cleaning that has to be done before. headdesk.
I should start listening to other bands besides just Oasis and the Smiths. all of this is starting to get progressively becoming even more unhealthy.
I cannot wait for Christmas though, shiiit!

I hate Christmas. I actually don’t. I love it a lot. I wish it had no association with Jesus and all that though, I just wish it was a time where we all dressed up warm in sweaters and scarves and bought each other things, or made each other things. Was Jesus even born on this day (serious question…)?!
I haven’t bought anyone anything yet. As in nothing. I guess it’s a good thing that I only buy for my best friends, my secret santa (whoever that is going to be, haven’t even found out yet!!!) and my parents who don’t even want anything. But I’m really feeling in the giving spirit right now, and I have like 3 checks I haven’t cashed yet. Alright I can’t lie… I am really good at gift buying. I don’t even always listen to what people tell me they want but they always end up loving what I get them.
Is Christmas seriously 3 weeks away…? I don’t believe in Christmas if it isn’t snowing. I don’t think I’ve ever had a Christmas without snow… It better start soon…

Happy thanksgiving all. I really hate this holiday because my family is crazy and one of them is a Republican extremist. But I guess that does make it all fun in a really not fun way, ha. I don’t even like turkey! wtf! I always pretend to eat it so I don’t disappoint my family. What am I going to wear?
Even though this holiday is a weird one because we’re celebrating killing a bunch of native americans, I hope whoever is reading this has a really great time with family or just with a friend. Maybe for 1 day we can forget about the world and all of that shit and just laugh about idiot Aunts and drunk Uncles.
Just remember this when you eat your turkey tonight kiddies!!
